- After accepting and paying for our proposal, if you attempt to make the booking and availability or pricing has changed, let us know within 48 hours of accepting the proposal. In this situation, we can either work to find you different options for your trip at no additional fee, use your payment as a credit for a different trip, or provide you with a full refund of your payment (minus the research fee).
- If you let us know within seven days of accepting the proposal, half of your payment is nonrefundable. The other half can be used for the same trip to find other options, as a credit for another trip, or refunded to you.
- If you do not attempt to book the trip and let us know of any issues within one week of accepting the proposal, your payment is nonrefundable. Redoing your trip will be considered a new request.
