My fiancé and we’re invited to a wedding in Mexico with several of our close friends this spring. We both thought the other had booked our hotel for the trip… with only a week to spare, we discovered we did not have a reservation. For a wedding. In another country. That we’ve never traveled to. We didn’t know what to do.. we began frantically looking for a hotel but being so close to the wedding date, hotels were SO expensive. We turned to Matt and asked if there may be a way we could use our points. Matt called us almost immediately and walked us through how we could transfer our chase points to Hyatt and stay at an incredible, all inclusive resort for only 25,000 points! This hotel would have been over $750 but was completely covered by our points. We would have never found this amazing option without Matt. Thank you Matt!!

Matt and Natalie are incredibly savvy with all things cost savings as it relates to travel. WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!!!!! My husband and I had tentatively planned a trip to Greece and we were going to use almost all of our points on flights to get there. Matt and Natalie found AMAZING deals on flights and hotels to where our whole trip (flights and lodging) is almost completely paid for. They are extremely responsive and know the ins and outs of the points world.
